Summary:

fixed pitch quad with bi-directional brushless motors: inverted hovering is possible.
assembly kit.

Strengths:

easy to build: the kit quality is really supurb. no trimmings or modificatios are required.
easy to set up: no mechanical adjustments are required.
very very stable in normal mode yet responsive in stunt mode.
not so noisy.
shorter front arms and longer rear arms make it easy to keep orientation.
the stock painted body also gives good visibility.
any 3S2200mAh battery for 450 heli will fit well.
not so expensive: especially if you already own any X BUS conpatible JR radio.
the kit includes every thing you need except receiver and flight battery.

Weaknesses:

In Japan, JR claims that the flight controller NFC-01 requires exclusively X BUS compatible DMSS receiver.

Overall rating:

AAAAa : four and half of five, excellent.

Conclusion:

This is just a quad for sport flight or 3D, not for aerial photography. You will enjoy flying. You will never be bored!

Tips:

Since the throttle management is a bit difficult for me, I slightly modified the TC for stunt mode as follows:

Ninja 400MR: STUNT1

The modified TC makes it easy to flip and hover inverted. It is easier to cruise also. The following vid shows the flight with the TC.
